3 Levels of Treatment & Recovery Programs

An innovative results-driven behavioral health services approach. We offer comprehensive evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment through residential and outpatient programming. All of our clinical staff, including licensed clinicians, are trauma-informed and provide tailored care to those who have experienced intense emotional trauma.
Orpe Human Rights Advocates Fresh Start Recovery Center located at 2800 Westchester Ave, MD 21043 is one of the rare places in Maryland where mothers and children can reside together while mom goes through substance abuse treatment. This program is family-focused, provides 24/7 support, and also accommodate pregnant women. We plan opening new locations across Maryland and surrounding States. We can take referrals from all Maryland State.
Turning Point Recovery Center is for both men and women entangled in the Criminal Justice System. Referrals come from the court system in response to addiction issues and allow the means by which they can be appropriately prioritized and remediated as opposed to dealing exclusively with the criminal offense.
