Assisting Foreign-Born Navigates U.S. Immigration System
Orpe Human Rights Advocates will be providing free or nominal fees legal immigration services to individuals and families who are unable to afford the services of a private lawyer and provides these services regardless of race, religion, sex, or ethnic origin. We are prepared to help families and individuals on finding solutions to their immigration problems, with cases ranging from consultations to full representation. Based on the availability of funds, Orpe Human Rights Advocates may in some circumstances hire the services of pro bono, or retired attorneys to represent qualified client or family member facing deportation or detained by ICE.

If you need help with immigration legal matter, our intake sessions are the first step.
Please come to any of the following locations during weekly walk-in hours. Consultation fee $25. If you can't afford the consultation fee, fee can be waived upon showing prove of income, or a good explanation regarding your situation. Please note:
